Kat’s Kitchen is a heartwarming passion project born from the Maravilla family's deep love for hospitality, food, and community.

At the heart of it all is Victor Maravilla, who spent decades in food and hospitality before stepping away to support the family law firm alongside his wife, Maya. The restaurant honors the memory and vibrant spirit of Maya’s mother, Kathy “Kat” Fisher—a pioneering lawyer, adventure seeker, and true force of nature. While the law firm has since closed its doors, Kathy’s joyful, adventurous energy lives on in our cozy dining room on Domingo Avenue. We are beyond thrilled to partner with Chef Michael Fornasero, a visionary slow-food advocate and culinary craftsman who shares our penchant for culinary excitement. Together, we’re serving up a thoughtful, farm-fresh menu that reimagines neighborhood favorites and introduces bold new flavors—challenging preconceived notions of what breakfast, brunch and lunch can be.
